Well the christmas period is almost over. I hope you have all had a great time eating lots and drinking large amounts of alcohol hehe.

We all have different views oon what 2017 is going to bring, please no more celeb deaths there has been way too many in the last 12 months. with my Idol George Michael on christmas night wow just so wrong.

Im writing this blog mainly to find others that suffer with spondylosis as I have just been diagnosed with it just before christmas so that was a great present to receive through the post.

The pain is terrible with the flushes and being unable to sleep.
If anyone has any suggestions for me then your messages are all welcome.

Ok so I've been away for a few days. So much going on, issue with picking up new car, in a lot of pain and tiredness is just at a ridiculous level since I've been without my Moa for almost a week now.
